I have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and a proud veteran of the US Army (ABN) SSG. I have inspected hundreds of homes in all types of counditions and sizes including old homes, log homes, and new construction. I am a member of the National Association of Home Inspectors as well as the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. In 2009 I completed 94 hours of countinued education. 2010 will be a learning year as well. There are always new and innovative techniques to apply to inspections. As a state certified inspector, it is my duty to keep up with this ever changing industry.
